Banteay Samre Temple, Cambodia – 2018. Banteay Samre was built in the early 12th century under Suryavarman II and Yasovarman II, it is a Hindu temple in the Angkor Wat style and was dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu. Named after the Samré, an ancient people of Indochina. It is located several kilometers east of Angkor Thom.
